We love a good best-dressed list and GQ’s 20 Most Stylish Men Alive is always one to look forward to. Ever changing, this year we didn’t see Wes Anderson, Adam Levine or Matt Lauer (huh?) but we did see a few unexpected names on the list…this week, let’s talk about a few that we were a bit surprised to see. Do you agree?

Jeff Goldblum

Jeff

A great actor, with a broad range, he appears in some of Hollywood’s biggest blockbusters and also makes us bust a gut. But is he worthy of this title of Most Stylish Man Alive? Actually, if we do some searching, he’s doing pretty well! The guy knows what he’s doing when he gets dressed and changes up the look often enough to earn him a spot.

Jared Leto

Jared

He’s tries really hard all the time, we give him that, but does he try too hard? Between all-white suits, beach blown hair and a daring street style the guy always makes a statement. Love it or lump it, we agree, he belongs on the list.

Jaden Smith

Jaden

When your parents have as much scratch as Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith it would only make sense that you’re going to be able to afford some good clothes (or at least get your dad’s Fresh Prince hand-me-downs). But is he really doing anything that outstanding, GQ? We say, not yet.

John Mayer

John

Really? We don’t see it. He’s got a good casual style, and wears some pretty expensive brands, but does this translate to a top spot? Not quite. He’s about 50% of the way there for us.

The entire list breaks down below, any thoughts?

Pharrell,

Ryan Gosling, Jeff Goldblum, Jared Leto, A$AP Rocky, Lebron James, Bradley Cooper, Jay Z, Brad Pitt, Harry Styles, Daniel Craig, Jaden Smith, Russell Westbrook, John Mayer, Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham, Mark Ronson, Mario Balotelli and Eddie Redmayne.
