We are no gym bunnies but we do like to keep fit and head to the gym when we can. Recently though, we have been seeing some pretty bad fashions going on at the gym. Remember, you want to look your best no matter where you are, even at the gym!! Make sure your looks are updated and you are not looking like an aerobics instructor from the 80s. Here are a few tips for you to keep you looking fresh while you’re working out.

1. Leave the shorty shorts and swim wear at home. When you are thinking about shorts to wear to the gym, a breathable cotton or lyrcra short is the way to go. Nothing too tight, too short, or too long. Shorts should sit either right above or below the knee.


2. Socks! Please don’t wear socks with your sneaks that hit any part of your leg above the ankle. That looks bad!!!


3. Shoes with digits should never be worn. They make you look like a strange reptile/human. Just stick to proper sneakers.
4. The baggy sweat pant is not a good look at the gym, especially the ones that have been sitting in your closet since the 80s. Go out and get yourself a great pair of track pants and keep your look updated!!
